How long does it take for you to fill positions?
Although it depends on your location and the level of the position, most roles can be filled within two weeks. New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, for example, tend to have a lot of candidates, so the roles are often filled quicker. Due to there often being a smaller pool of available candidates, homes in small cities or in the country may take a little more time, especially if there is relocation involved. Because of the higher level of experience and skill required, positions such as Director of Properties and Estate Manager may also take a bit more time.
What does your screening process entail?
All of our candidates go through the same screening and thorough vetting process regardless of their positions. Since staff members will often be working directly in your home, we take background checks very seriously. Credit reports, driving records, employment history, and criminal records are a few examples of what we seek in our background checks. Clients are able to speak to a candidate's personal and professional references directly if desired. In addition to our background check, we can also provide drug testing and social media screening for candidates if requested.
What if my recent hire doesn't work out?
All of our candidates come with a 90-day guarantee. If your new employee is terminated, resigns, or just doesn't end up being the right fit at the time, we will find you an equally-qualified replacement at no additional cost.
Do you charge a fee to begin services?
